Rocky,

Thank you so much for writing what I have been thinking-the words were just not leaving my head.

Powerful words woman.

Kristin

So powerful, so touching. I for one can't diagree with you. Thanks Rocky!

Rocky,

Thank you for writing this. You are so inspiring to me. My husband and I are going through the adoption process and whenever I read your blog I think to myself, "She is the kind of mother I want to be." Thank you for combining your creative, activist spirit with the name "mother." To me they are one in the same and you are proof.

On another note, my husband and I traveled to India this past year and saw what you are describing here. There is simply no safety net to catch them with. On more than one occasion, I saw toddlers wandering the streets, alone, dirty, and seemingly numb to the experience. One's heart cannot break enough.

Leah,

Thank you so much for your kind words. I truly believe the women of today can lead the world in helping others. If each of us just do one small action, this world we live in would change.

I hope to travel to India in the next few years. Maybe you can teach me what you have learned from your journey.

Best,
Rocky
