My last post entitled, Did You Know The Crap That's In Pudding, was about the crap that's in instant pudding. The one I made... DELICIOUS! Just thought you should know. When I had my first bite, it didn't taste "normal." Then I realized it was because it actually tasted like real chocolate! The boys totally dug it! It passed the test, and I am happy to report that I have found a pudding that tastes great and has ingredients that I can pronounce!

I don't eat instant pudding of instant anything. The only ingredients that should be in chocolate pudding are chocolate, milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt and a flavoring such as vanilla extract.

I've recently discovered your site via your husband. Cool. Immediately added this to my Reader the moment I saw the pudding post. As a mom that is a little nutso about the food I feed my kids, this is right up my alley.
This topic is so important. Each time my kids are handed some after sport snack crap I cringe.
The irony is that my kids don't feel that jipped. There are really great options and they're not hard to find. You just have to be conscious of the fact that you do have a choice in the first place.
